It started as an internal tool, used by two (2) major digital marketing agencies.
What is more demanding that members working together (by definition) to come up with creative concepts, growth plans, brainstorming meetings, and more?
And it worked. It worked for two years, and that tool became part of their weekly meeting. A meeting where every member was voting his/her most valuable team member, and together with that they were mentioning the lowlights and the highlights of the week.
And then a customer came, and then another asking to learn the secret sauce of a multifunctional team working well and having fun.
The rest is history. We just decided to give it to the world. Enjoy!
